ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

As Marketing Campaign Manager, you will implement an integrated Marketing and Communications strategy while working on campaigns that make a real impact on our customers and industry. Take ownership of your work on a global platform and drive results through strategic planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.

 

 WHAT YOU WILL DO

Strategic Marketing Execution

  • Craft and execute a targeted contact strategy (utilizing email campaigns, programmatic advertising, PR, etc.) to engage key customers and industry leaders.
  • Develop comprehensive account-based marketing plans through in-depth customer analysis, tailoring strategies to meet specific client needs and objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing plans, aligning efforts with SITA's overarching business objectives and global marketing strategy.
  • Manage events and account-based marketing programs collaboratively with colleagues and partners.
  • Leverage diverse communications channels on- and off-line including leveraging digital solutions and data-driven marketing and communications campaigns.
  • Create and develop quality content to maintain SITA's positioning (including press releases references campaigns and speeches) ensuring consistency and coordination with SITA’s global marketing strategy and positioning.

 

Data-Driven Analysis and Optimization

  • Utilize diverse communication channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery, optimization and reporting of each campaign, including advertising, email, social, and web.
  • Create high-quality content to reinforce SITA's positioning and maintain brand consistency.

 

Market Research and Compliance

  • Research, monitor, and report on market insights and competitor activities for strategic opportunities.
  • Work closely with group marketing to deliver digital campaigns, leveraging insights and resources to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Provide market intelligence updates and positioning of SITA's portfolio & services.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and advertising standards, safeguarding the integrity of SITA's brand and positioning.
  • Maintain brand integrity and ensure compliance while optimizing marketing budgets for maximum ROI, demonstrating fiscal responsibility and strategic resource allocation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

 

Relationship Management and Collaboration

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with external vendors and agency partners for effective campaign execution.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives and industry events.

EXPERIENCE

 

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, past experience in a digital agency environment is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in account-based marketing.
  • Proven experience managing successful implementations of marketing strategy and global B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills for innovative marketing solutions.
  • Customer-centric approach for enhanced service delivery.
  • Proficiency in leveraging business processes for optimal results.
  • Demonstrated ability to unite resources for target achievement.
  • You leverage a collaborative approach and are comfortable working across functions in a matrix organization with virtual teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for simplifying technical information.
  • Advanced proficiency in ADM tools, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and social media platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.

 

NICE-TO-HAVE

 

  • Appropriate post-graduate qualification or MBA is considered an asset
