Job Description
Johnson Service Group (JSG) is teamed with a leader in the Aerospace, and Defense markets. We are currently seeking a talented Finance Manager with FP&A expertise for our global client.
Summary of Job Scope:
- 8-10+ years of accounting/financial experience, leading a team of finance professionals.
- Responsible for hiring, retaining, coaching and training a high-performance team.
- Strong GAAP and financial analysis tools, including discounted cash flows, activity-based management, variance analysis, etc.
- Contribute to Lean and Continuous Improvement CI objectives.
- Participate in strategic planning, preparing and interpreting analysis.
- Manage an annual department budget process, financial forecasts and projections.
- Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley, and external/internal auditing processes.
- Ability to successfully align and collaborate with a senior leadership team.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Must have outstanding leadership skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).
- MBA and/or CPA is a plus.
Location: Santa Clarita, CA
Compensation/Benefits: $120,000 - $160,000 DOE
