About the role
Join Babcock New Zealand as a Senior Receptionist/Administrator and become the pivotal first point of contact for employees, customers, suppliers, and Defence stakeholders. This is far more than a traditional reception role, offering broad exposure across administration, events, travel coordination, finance support, facilities management, and executive support activities. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy and professional workplace.
Working closely with the Executive Assistant, you'll have the autonomy to manage competing priorities, improve administrative processes, and contribute to organisational success. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building strong relationships, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, this opportunity offers the chance to make a visible impact within a respected organisation supporting critical Defence and maritime operations.
About you
You are a highly organised and professional administrator who enjoys being the go-to person in a busy office environment. You can confidently manage reception duties while balancing multiple administrative priorities, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
