The internship in Operations Support presents the candidate with a chance to gain exposure to various work and business procedures and obstacles. The intern will actively contribute to comprehending, regulating, and enhancing the work processes, as well as utilizing transformational tools and dashboards to assist in better piloting the operations.
The work of the intern can include (but not limited to):
(i) Analyzing and understanding data to identify trends and opportunities
- Creating reports and presentations to communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders (PowerBI)
- Exploring, discovering and extrapolating the dataset to invoke new information
(ii) Assisting with the development and implementation of new business processes and system

(iii) Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support various business initiatives
(iv) Helping to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements
- Kaizen activities
- Participating in meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on projects
- Data collection and updating to support operational meetings
