Job Description:
Ihre Aufgaben:
•Planung und Leitung der MAIV (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, Verification) - Prozesse
•Strukturierung, Koordinierung und Überwachung der Integrations- und Testphasen, dazu gehört u.a. Vibrations-, Thermo-Vakuum- und EMV-Test
•Zerlegung technischer Prozesse in einzelne Arbeitsschritte und Erstellung von Termin- und Ressourcenpläne in enger Abstimmung mit den Projekten
•Überwachung von Budget-, Qualitäts- und Terminvorgaben in allen MAIV-Phasen, ggf. proaktives Einleiten von Gegenmaßnahmen
•Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Entwicklung, um die Umsetzbarkeit der Designs in der Praxis sicherzustellen
•Schnittstelle zwischen Fertigung, Qualität und Entwicklungsbereichen
•Erstellung der notwendigen Dokumentation, dazu gehört u.a. MAIV-Pläne, Testprozeduren, Abnahmeprotokolle
Ihr Profil:
•Abgeschlossenes Studium der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Physik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder in einem anderen tätigkeitsrelevanten Gebiet
•Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Integration und Verifikation in der Raumfahrtbranche
•Kenntnisse der gängigen Raumfahrtnormen (z.B. ECSS-Standards)
•Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
•Sehr gute englische und deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
