The Corporate Compliance Quality team is seeking one (1) Graduate Intern who will have the opportunity to learn from a team with diverse backgrounds through mentorship, professional development, knowledge sharing, and exposure to industry best practices. In this role, the intern will apply academic concepts in real-world settings, including statistical analysis, process flow analysis, modeling, and database management.
The Graduate Intern will be aligned to the
Corporate Compliance Quality (CCQ) - Internal Evaluation Programs (IEP) team, which is responsible for conducting internal evaluations and driving continuous improvement across compliance processes. The intern will support these efforts through research, analysis, and project-based work.
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Must be enrolled as a current, active student in an accredited master’s degree program at a college and/or university.
- Must be willing to work a full-time schedule for the full duration of the internship, which may last up to 12 months or longer.
- Must be able to work onsite in our Atlanta, GA office for the duration of the internship.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Eagerness to accept responsibility and contribute to value‑added projects.
- Flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with all levels of the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
