On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced VIP Cabin Attendant to join a private aviation operation based in Hanoi, Vietnam. This is a full-time, non-rotational position suited to a highly professional, discreet, and service-oriented individual who is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality and maintaining the highest standards of onboard presentation.
This is not a commutable position, and relocation to Hanoi is required. The successful candidate will play an important role in creating outstanding inflight experiences for passengers while ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout each journey.
Your Role

Ensure Passenger Safety and Comfort: The successful candidate will maintain the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of passengers throughout the flight. The role requires a proactive approach to managing all aspects of the cabin and responding effectively to passenger needs.

Deliver an Exceptional VIP Cabin Experience: The role is responsible for providing a warm, polished, and highly personalized service experience. The successful candidate will create a professional and welcoming onboard environment aligned with the standards of private aviation.

Manage Dining and Meal Service: The successful candidate will curate and deliver an extraordinary dining experience, including menu planning, catering coordination, meal preparation, and the professional execution of inflight service. A strong understanding of high-quality meal and silver service is essential.

Maintain Cabin and Galley Readiness: The role includes the organization and management of the cabin and galley, ensuring that all areas are clean, well presented, fully prepared, and maintained to a consistently high standard before, during, and after each flight.

Support Passengers Before and After Flights: The successful candidate will provide assistance to passengers before and after flights whenever necessary, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the entire journey.

Operate with Professionalism and Flexibility: This position requires an individual who is able to work independently, adjust to changing situations, and cooperate effectively as part of a team. Composure under pressure, sound judgment, and a strong work ethic are essential.
Who You Are

Experienced in Corporate Aviation Service: The ideal candidate brings an established career as a Flight Attendant, including a minimum of two years’ experience in corporate aviation. Previous experience operating in Asia or the Far East would be considered advantageous.

Service-Oriented and Highly Professional: The successful candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to high-quality customer service, exceptional attention to detail, and a polished professional image. A warm, engaging demeanour and a genuine passion for creating outstanding inflight experiences are essential.

Skilled in Premium Meal Service: The candidate should have strong experience in meal service and be certified in silver service techniques. The ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver refined dining experiences is a key part of the role.

Fluent and Effective Communicator: Fluency in English is essential. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and will be comfortable interacting with passengers from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

What We Offer

Full-Time, Non-Rotational Position: This is a permanent full-time role based in Hanoi, Vietnam. Relocation to Hanoi is required.

Competitive Monthly Salary: The position offers a monthly salary of USD 4,000. There may be flexibility to adjust the offer based on experience and overall suitability, subject to reasonable limits and mutual agreement.

Annual Leave: The successful candidate will receive five weeks of annual leave.

Annual E-Tickets: The successful candidate will receive two round-trip e-tickets per year between the operational base and their home country.
