Take responsibility for sourcing, purchasing and supplier management, and implement the sourcing and procurement strategy.

Job Responsibility:
Timely execute the purchasing according to Materials Requisition Plan (MRP) and secure material to production
Maintain data integrity for all relevant system parameters and purchasing information, e.g. price, order quantity, lead time etc.
Proactively support and implement the procurement/sourcing strategies and related activities, e.g. localization, Consignment stock/ VMI or Kanban.
To develop, evaluate and select the competitive supplier with cross function team, and manage supplier relationships to continuously improve the level of service to our customers.
Take responsibility for sourcing/purchasing to support the new product transfer(NPT), including sourcing, purchasing cost review/control, indirect material/equipment procurement etc.
Be proactive and results driven in managing and implementing purchasing activities and cost reduction programs.
Implement and own related Key Performance Indicators (KPI), measuring results and achievements (e.g. cost, inventory, delivery performance etc.), ensuring effective communication of the same.
Implement the supplier assessment and manage the supplier’s performance and ensure that suppliers are committed to assisting the company in the achievement of its goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
College and above.
Over 5 years’ purchasing work experience in manufacture industry.
Good written and spoken English.
Proficient in PC, MS office.
Have general concept of MRP and planning.
Familiar international purchasing experience.
Good negotiation skills and data analysis ability.
