You will be the Senior Quality Engineer for the Missiles and Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for delivering world‑class missile and fire‑control systems that meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Quality Engineer you will be responsible for applying rigorous quality principles across design, production, and sustainment while partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
Collaborating with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to resolve quality‑related issues.
Leading product failure investigations, material review board decisions, and corrective‑preventive actions.
Designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes, including statistical analysis of non‑conforming material.
Developing and maintaining statistical dashboards and automating manual data‑analysis tasks to increase efficiency.
Producing weekly, monthly, and program‑level quality status reports for leadership.

Basic Qualifications
- STEM degree at the Bachelor level or above and/or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Experience with corrective and preventive actions.
- Experience implementing mistake proofing process controls.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively interact, communicate, and built strong relationships with management at all levels, as well as customers and stakeholders.
- Experience designing and analyzing inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equivalent; conducting product quality tests, performing statistical analysis to assess product or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
- This position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills
- STEM degree at the Bachelor level or above preferred.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Experience with developing statistical process control run charts and Tableau.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with expertise in Excel
- Ability to work with multiple internal and external customers, including DCMA customers.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and electronic assemblies, e.g. epoxy/sealant application, painting, electro-mechanical assembly, optics, soldering, cable & harness fabrication, etc.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
