Job Description:
A vacancy for a BKU & Supply Officer Support (d/m/f) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Manching. The successful applicant will join "TASMP43".
Compensation level: EG 11, if job requirements are met
Your main tasks include:
- Acting as Business Key User (BKU) for the TASMP4 department
- Serving as the Point of Contact for system adaptations/implementations (e.g., OP3, LM3, ELMASS, LCP, BDFE, RPAs)
- Acting as an expert in team-internal system processes
- Supporting the SAP migration
- Conducting training sessions for team members on specific tools and systems
- Extracting key figures and C#3-specific reports
- Supporting operational teams with special tasks
- Driving and leading SAP-relevant projects
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:
- A business degree (e.g., business administration, digital business, or economics) or comparable education
- Experience in procurement
- Strong expertise and knowledge of SAP
- A flexible and proactive working style, a can-do attitude, and a self-reliant, structured approach
- Fluency in German and English
- A passion for working in a thriving environment; you enjoy orchestrating and aligning differing objectives, ensuring all stakeholders are involved and engaged; you are driven by excellence and possess strong communication skills.
