• Experience working with Workforce Software or a similar time management system is highly valued, as is a background in application management, system administration, IT, or payroll.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to identify business needs, prioritize effectively, and deliver results within agreed timelines.
• Experience facilitating training and supporting users in adopting systems, processes, and new ways of working.
• A structured and analytical approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in improving processes, systems, and user experiences.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced, and international environment where priorities and business needs may change over time.
• A strong service orientation, always considering the end-user perspective when developing solutions and improving processes.
• Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language, both written and spoken.
• Experience from, or an interest in, working within large and complex international organizations.
