Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Hybrid/Remote Options — Orange County, CA | Dallas, TX | Remote) Hourly range: $45-$55 per hour DOE Required Skills 3–5 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or related talent identification work Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and other online platforms Experience supporting corporate, professional, technical, and/or high-volume recruiting environments Strong talent mapping and pipeline-building capabilities for recurring, critical, and hard-to-fill roles Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills—especially through compelling outreach Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management tools Ability to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Analytical mindset with the ability to track sourcing effectiveness and use recruiting metrics/market data to refine strategy Commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience and supporting diversity-focused sourcing initiatives Nice to Have Skills Experience providing market intelligence related to talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring activity Strong employer branding instincts and messaging skills to increase engagement with passive talent Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred) Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
