Kinetics Training Solutions (KTS) is a business unit of ST Engineering Land Systems Ltd. KTS delivers training solutions to both Military and Commercial sectors. KTS training covers driver training qualification, vehicle technician training, specialized armament trainings and training development consultancy. As an AI Specialist in KTS, you will have knowledge in artificial intelligence technologies and algorithms to develop and implement behavior trend AI models and engineering solutions to improve operating processes. AI Specialist will work closely with our data scientists, engineers, and center managers to build predictive models that improve customer experience, optimize operations, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models using Python, Java, C++, or other programming languages.
- Familiar with major AI technologies and platforms and know how to build services such as chatbots, image recognition and/or natural language processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into products or services.
- Drive AI algorithms development, testing and monitor their performance.
- Run deep learning AI models to tackle a broad range of real-world problems and implement them at scale.
- Stay up to date with AI technologies, trends and tools that help accelerate machine learning workflows.
- Develop technical proposal and presentations to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master in Computer Science. Working experience on computer vision and autonomous vehicle/robotics platform sensory would be preferred.
- Experienced with training models on deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Caffe2 and/or MXNet for computer vision tasks such as object detection, classification, and tracking.
- Proficient in mainstream programming languages, preferably C/C++, Python, JavaScript, PHP, etc.
- Experienced in applications development in Window, OS for mobile (iOS, Android) and OS for embedded system will be advantageous.
- Knowledge specific libraries for image processing, encryption, OpenCV, OpenSSL, PCL etc. would be preferred.
- Experienced the full life cycle of model training to deployment into production.
- Familiarity with working in a Linux environment on public clouds and locally.
- Knowledge in Neural Networks and Large Language Models Sequential/CNN/RNN, Transformer Encoder-Decoder architecture, PEFT and RLHF.
- Knowledge in computer vision image classification and object detection/tracking.
- Strong systematic approach to problem solving, good analytical and conceptual traits, with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance and monitoring, and a good team player.
