- Ensure production changes are properly documented, risk-assessed, tested, approved, scheduled, and communicated before implementation.
- Lead and develop Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Emergency CAB practices.
- Coordinate the forward schedule of change and proactively manage dependencies, conflicts, and operational constraints.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, application, release, deployment, and vendor teams to improve quality change.
- Ensure emergency changes follow an appropriate governance process while maintaining operational responsiveness.
- Track change-related incidents, failed changes, and recurring quality issues, driving corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
- Define, monitor, and communicate KPIs, trends, and risk indicators related to change management.
- Drive post-implementation reviews and ensure lessons learned are translated into improved ways of working.
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow workflows, automation, and data quality related to change management.
- Promote a culture where governance enables safe and efficient delivery.
