HR Officer, based on-site in
São Paulo, Brazil.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive HR support across the region, ensuring alignment with company policies, procedures, and employment legislation. You will partner with managers and employees on a broad range of people-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
About The Role
As an HR Officer, you will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Deliver a full range of HR services to support the employee lifecycle across Commercial, Ground Services, Cargo, and Corporate functions.
- Support, coach, and advise managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, absence management, grievances, and disciplinary processes.
- Manage employee relations cases through to resolution, ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and processes to promote fair, consistent, and effective decision-making.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence in Doha to implement global HR initiatives and programs.
- Work closely with the Talent Development team to identify and prioritize training and development needs aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee employment administration, including contracts, contract renewals, probation reviews, employee records, termination documentation, and related employment processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies and standards.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
- Support and manage probation review processes.
- Collaborate with the Finance team on monthly payroll reporting and HR-related payroll matters.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives as required.

Qualification
The Successful Candidate Will Possess
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' HR Generalist experience within a fast-paced, multi-site, and dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience managing employee relations cases and providing advice on performance management and workplace issues.
- Proven experience supporting organizational change initiatives and case management activities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is highly desirable.
