This role is ideal for an experienced on-demand charter broker looking to take their first step into senior leadership, managing an established team while helping shape the future of a new New York operation.
You'll inherit a successful team of experienced brokers, work closely with senior leadership and have genuine influence over the growth and direction of the US business. Unlike many leadership opportunities, this role is focused on developing and supporting a high-performing team rather than bringing an existing book of business.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and support a team of experienced Charter Brokers.
- Drive team profitability, performance and client satisfaction.
- Act as a senior point of contact for complex client and operational matters.
- Work closely with senior leadership on growth strategy and expansion plans.
- Support hiring and development as the New York operation grows.
About You - Current or recent on-demand private jet charter brokerage experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of the private jet charter market.
- Proven success within charter sales and client relationship management.
- Commercially minded with strong leadership potential.
- Passionate about aviation and delivering exceptional client service.
