Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Assist VP Compliance in implementing and maintaining the independent Compliance Monitoring System of the Airline;
- Track regulations and standards changes on monthly basis;
- Track Compliance Monitoring System training validity dates within the Airline;
- Track Auditor’s training validity and qualification to perform their duties;
- Create and monitor audits/checklists in IQSMS;
- Monitor internal audit status;
- Monitor finding handling process;
- Assist with document collection for “Foreign Air Operator Certificate” projects and lead the application process;
- Collect, analyze and prepare statistics for Compliance Monitoring System;
- Prepare the statistical data and publication regarding the SAFA/SACA ratio status of the Airline;
- Liaise effectively with the Nominated Persons and Responsible Managers;
- Carryout regular EU Regulation and document reviews to ensure requirements are captured within the scope of the Compliance Monitoring System activities;
- Analise the results of Causal Analysis reports to ensure its effectiveness.
We Expect You To Have
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent English required;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Must be flexible and adapt to change quickly;
- Ability to work to deadlines and on own initiative;
- MS Office suite experience;
- Experience in a supervisory role would be beneficial;
- Experience of working in a Quality Assurance or Compliance department or a maintenance/operational support role with experience relating to Aircraft Maintenance / Airline Operations would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of EASA regulations relating to EU Ops, Part M, Part CAMO would be an advantage.
