Accountabilities
The Working Party structure & system mechanic contributes as a member of the Customer Care Centre in the resolution of major repair related topics to better support, satisfy and retain our Customer. The technical expertise and advice will be used to enable the best possible solution for the customers to provide an end-to-end solution in China region.
Main activities
To perform and support the recovery, delivery and embodiment of technical/industrial processes and activities related to all aspects and areas of Airbus customer aircraft including Airlines, banks, Credit agencies and private owners and all associated structures, components, fittings and systems on the Aircraft. The role demands full flexibility and availability due to the launch of tasks for undetermined durations and at very short notice, worldwide. Undertaking complex high value cross-functional tasks in accordance with EASA/FAR Part 145 airworthiness regulations to honour commitment letters & purchase agreements and contractual agreements.
To handle technical and industrial activities on external customer aircraft through W/P

AOT (All Operators Telex)
AP (Airbus Procedure)
RI (Repair Instruction)
SB (Service Bulletin)
TD (Technical Disposition)
WOTD (Work Order Technical Definition)
To perform major and complex repair projects for Airlines and Maintenance Repair Organisation (MRO’s) outside of their operating scope of work, technical ability and expertise. Including but not limited to incidental and fleet wide repairs.
Provide continued support and input through involvement and Return on Experience ROE for the development, improvement and testing of future modifications and associated equipment/tooling. Provide On Job Training OJT for the development and improved expertise of Airbus employees from other entities.
Advisory capability, (for profit and non-profit contracts) Individual to support, guide and assist customers, Airlines and MRO’s with Airbus customer support skills and extensive unequivocal technical knowledge for all Airbus variants and legacy aircraft, in order to perform a given task on their Aircraft. In scheduled or unscheduled situations during maintenance or repair activities or AOG situations. This can cover a non-exhaustive list including:-
Technical Publications understanding, Including clarification and explanation of AD’s, AOT’s, AP’s, RI’s, SB’s, TD’s WOTD’s etc).
Assist the operator to establish relevant reporting methods and the correct recording documentation to be submitted.
Troubleshooting and fault finding recommendations.
Assist and advise on equipment and tooling utilization and application.
Interface between the airline/MRO operator and Airbus by means of top level meetings with all aspects of technical staff and Management, Engineering and Planning departments.
Be available as Airbus technical representative and point of contact on or off site at all times during agreed contractual period.
Support the Final Assembly Line in Toulouse or Worldwide when not on Working Party assignment.
Contribute to the development of the Working Party activities and the growth of the Maintenance Operations organization.
Composite skillset: able to perform structural Repairs & Modification
Outputs
Ensure working party completion within defined scope as well as to the required level of safety and quality.
Guaranty compliance with EASA/CAAC Part 145 regulation.
Contribute to working party improvement for procedures, forms, quality, lead time, tooling, and by the way the customer satisfaction.
To join a team of different nationalities/cultures on site, far from Airbus structure.
To work with onsite activities of people from different skills and origins (Engineering, Spare representatives, Manufacturing)
Availability/flexibility to travel short/long term.
To complete the WP according to agreed schedule.
To perform necessary training and qualification process to cope with new aircraft types and Airworthiness authorities new regulations.

Must possess a valid passport which allows unrestricted travels.
Must possess a certificate of no criminal record.
Experience:
Formally qualified Mechanic and hold qualification to a recognised national agency (e.g. City & Guilds)
Fully trained to EASA Part 145 requirements as defined by the Airbus Aircraft Maintenance Organisation (AMO - Airbus SMOA) or equivalent.
EASA Licence Part66 B1 would be a plus
Experience of working on Airbus programmes, all Airbus programmes is a plus.
Basic competence in a production environment
Solid Experience around 8 years minimum in the Aeronautical as mechanic (production and or maintenance)
Basic Skills:
Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing to teams and business partners worldwide.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with multidisciplinary teams in various locations.
Knowledge of Airbus manuals as available in Airn@vX: AMM, IPC, SRM, TSM...
Fluent English.
Ability to present and discuss with direct management level and with customers in case of advisory, reporting or escalation.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with a diverse international work force.
Ability to understand and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information.
Ability to read, understand and follow manual instructions to solve complex structural/mechanical/electrical problems.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office/Google G suite world
