THE TEAM
Network Control is a highly dedicated and experienced team within easyJet's Integrated Control Centre. The team plays a vital role in ensuring safety, compliance and operational performance while delivering the highest standards of service for our customers and crew.
Working closely with Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Cabin Services, Operations Planning, Safety and Security, and Maintenance Control, Network Control helps keep our operation running safely and efficiently.
The Function Consists Of Three Specialist Teams
Network Control is made up of several specialist functions, including Operations, Crewing, Customer Disruption and Flight Planning, all of which work together to keep the operation running safely and efficiently. For the purposes of this talent pool, we are currently looking to build talent pipelines for the following teams:
> Crewing, ensuring all flights are crewed in compliance with all country-specific union agreements, and producing legally compliant rosters in line with EASA, FOCA, DGAC and easyJet regulations.
> Customer Disruption, responsible for coordinating customer welfare and communications during disruption, as well as supporting ground crew with any customer related issues around the network
> Operations, responsible for on-time performance, runway slot management, tail assignment, flight watch and monitoring factors such as weather and volcanic activity to keep the flying programme moving.
THE ROLE

Responsibilities will vary depending on the team and vacancy, but may include:
> Supporting the safe and efficient operation of the airline.
> Monitoring operational performance and responding to changing conditions.
> Managing operational disruption and implementing recovery solutions.
> Supporting crew allocation and operational compliance.
> Coordinating customer welfare and communications during disrupted operations.
> Working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across the business.
> Monitoring external factors which could impact the flying programme.
> Taking proactive action to minimise operational impact and maintain service levels.
> Ensuring legal, regulatory and company compliance requirements are met.

PRACTICALITIES
> This is an expression of interest for future opportunities and not an active vacancy.
> All roles will be based at our Luton easyJet holidays head office, with some crewing roles based at London Gatwick
> Roles operate on a 24/7 shift pattern averaging 14 shifts over a 28-day period.
> Typical shift times are 06:30 to 18:30 and 18:30 to 06:30.
