- $45.50 per hour (trade certificate essential)
- OT rates paid at 1.5x for first 3 hours and 2x for anything beyond that

About you
You are an experienced Industrial Coatings Painter who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes in demanding environments. You have strong expertise in surface preparation, abrasive blasting and protective coating application using airless spray, brush and roller techniques. You work safely, communicate effectively and thrive as part of a collaborative team. With a strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship, you can interpret specifications, solve problems independently and consistently produce work that meets demanding industry standards.

Key Required Qualifications
- Relevant trade qualification (Level 4 & above) in Industrial Painting or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial, marine or construction coatings
- Full New Zealand Class 1 Driver Licence
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a New Zealand Defence Security Clearance
