Job Summary: As a Hybrid Assembler, you'll carry out standard electronic or hybrid assembly tasks on components, circuit boards, and subassemblies, following military and industry standards. You may also handle additional processes like encapsulation, conformal coating, SMT operations, and painting, as needed. These duties are representative but not exhaustive. Essential Functions: Perform electronic and hybrid assembly operations, crafting components and subassemblies to military standards. Dive into complex hybrid assembly tasks, including wire bonding and component attachment, with precision and skill. Prep components, clean, seal, and inspect assemblies, ensuring top-notch quality. Test finished assemblies and operate equipment to perfection. Get creative with spraying, painting, and mixing compounds while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with a dynamic team, contributing to process improvements and training efforts environment. Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of assembly experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in blueprint reading, math, and measuring devices. Certification in soldering or equivalent expertise. Keen visual acuity and manual dexterity for intricate tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Working Conditions: Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to safety glasses, heel straps, and shop coats.
