The Role
You'll be responsible for managing charter enquiries, preparing quotations and overseeing charter operations from enquiry through to flight completion.
Responsibilities include:
Managing ad-hoc charter enquiries
Preparing competitive charter quotations
Coordinating bookings and flight management activities
Building relationships with cargo agents, brokers and clients
Working closely with Operations teams worldwide
Supporting project cargo, humanitarian flights and specialist charter movements
Who We're Looking For
Previous chartering experience preferred
Cargo aviation, freight forwarding, air cargo or business aviation charter experience considered
Commercially minded with strong relationship-building skills
Highly organised and solution-focused
Comfortable working in a fast-paced aviation environment
