Overview:
This position will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters with the objective of bringing in top talent to join this great company. This role demands a target driven individual who excels under pressure and can create strategic partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders and HR partners across our enterprise. You will be directly responsible for all recruiting operations & initiatives supporting all business verticals in India.
Title:
Senior Manager-Human Resources (Hybrid)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Leads a team of experienced professionals that develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and tactics to achieve short- and long-term recruiting plans and objectives within a business unit.
- Responsible for researching, building and implementing strategies to effectively meet and exceed diversity recruiting targets and goals.
- Partnering with HR colleagues and business leaders to understand future recruiting needs and forecast
- Drives overall development and execution of a recruiting/sourcing strategy to meet the current and future human resources needs of an assigned business unit or department
- Advises business unit or department leaders on the alignment of staffing strategies for the short- and long-term needs of an assigned business unit or department
- Interfaces with all levels of leaders within an assigned business including executive leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition processes within an assigned business unit or department
- Perform regular cadences with business leaders to monitor progress against staffing plans and goals
- Creating a positive, engaging and inclusive environment to increase employee satisfaction and engagement
- Leads quantitative and qualitative analysis of metrics and data to understand key trends and establish and execute program and process improvements to make recruiting related decisions that drive superior operational performance
- Ensuring staffing levels on the team are sufficient and work is level loaded
- Setting and delivering on expectations to exceed customer service requirements
- Setting team member and individual recruiting related goals
- Ensure that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws
- Partner with team members and Talent Acquisition peers to deliver a superior candidate experience
- Execute strategies and tactics that result in a diverse pipeline of talent for the company
- Assesses training needs and creates development plans for the team and individual team members
- Conducts ongoing evaluations to ensure effectiveness of programs and recommends modifications as necessary
- Analyzes the organizational structure and determines changes to be implemented with regard to organizational responsibilities, staffing, managerial skills and the quality of work life
Basic Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 - 15 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting
- 5+ years experience leading a team of recruiters
- Must have a strong understanding of recruiting metrics and data and how they relate to operational performance.
- Must be able to manage competing demands while being adaptable and flexible in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience working with all levels of leadership including executives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to quickly and efficiently develop relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other HR team members
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills
- Must have strong verbal and written communication
- Strong sense of urgency
- Critical thinking skills
