Due to an internal promotion an exciting opportunity for a
Maintenance Program Support Officer, this role would suit a recent graduate looking to get a foot in the door at Alliance Airlines.
As a
Maintenance Program Support Officer, you’ll provide essential clerical and technical support to ensure seamless management and control of our aircraft maintenance program. Be a key player in supporting our Maintenance Program team and contributing to safe, efficient operations!
The
Maintenance Program Support Officer is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Provide vital administrative support for planning major assembly shop visits and maintaining the shop visit schedule.
- Assist the Maintenance Program Engineer in gathering data for technical assessments and program improvement recommendations.
- Research, collect, and update technical data to ensure maintenance program compliance with the latest revisions.
- Review and incorporate historical operator data to support maintenance system alignment and compliance.
- Update maintenance programs under guidance to keep them compliant, addressing Airworthiness Directives and service bulletins.
- Prepare, publish, and interpret technical documentation, work scopes, and reports to aid program effectiveness.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have well developed computing skills, particularly Microsoft Office suite of programs, in addition to:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced computing skills
- Tertiary study in aviation, business or engineering (or related field) preferred
- Strong engineering knowledge/experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills & exceptional attention to detail
