Astronics Corp. / Luminescent Systems Inc., a leader in aerospace lighting technology and applications, located in Lebanon, New Hampshire has an opening for a Manufacturing Engineer.
Job Responsibilities
- Guide and direct the technical activity within a production line
- Provide technical training to personnel including but not limited to product/process SOPs and all manufacturing related documentation
- Identify and troubleshoot challenges with regard to process, equipment setup and documentation
- Monitor NCR activity in area, seek guidance from Process and Product Engineers when necessary and disposition the NCR
- Identify all support tooling out of calibration, compliance, or not fit for use
- Assist with root cause analysis
- Assist with introduction of new products and processes
- Continuous improvement of process and products
- Associate level degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated experience in training technical material
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi task
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proficient with computer and ERP systems
