Why you'll love this job

This is more than an assistant role. It's a front-row seat to how one of the world's largest airlines runs its airports. As Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Customer and Operational Excellence, you'll keep a fast-moving leader organized. You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and events, and plan domestic and international travel with foresight and efficiency. Along the way, you'll build skills that will help you for the rest of your career.

Learn to work smarter with AI. You'll build basic skills in using AI as an everyday helper. You'll use it to draft correspondence, summarize meetings, prepare presentations, and make routine work like scheduling and expense reports easier. You'll get hands-on experience with the tools that are changing how work gets done, with support to grow your confidence as you go.
Discover every part of airport operations. You'll see how the whole operation fits together: customer experience, frontline and contact center training, resource planning, performance analytics, and operational strategy. Every day is a new chance to learn how an airline delivers for its customers.
Be at the center of it all. You'll work with leaders at every level, outside business partners, and community leaders. You'll be a trusted partner who keeps confidential information safe and keeps the team running smoothly.
