The Material Handler – Kitting is responsible for accurately pulling, counting, organizing, and delivering materials and components needed for production. This role ensures production teams receive the correct parts and quantities on time. Responsibilities: Pull and prepare material kits based on work orders, BOMs, and production requirements. Verify part numbers, quantities, and material specifications. Identify, document, and communicate material shortages. Deliver completed kits to production and return unused materials to inventory. Receive, inspect, count, and stock incoming materials as needed. Maintain accurate inventory and kitting records. Follow ESD, MSL, and raw component handling requirements. Use computer systems to document material movement and inventory transactions. Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years of material handling experience. Kitting or electronics manufacturing experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to read work orders, BOMs, and written instructions.
