Senior Officer (LBU)

Position Summary
Manage and supervise daily operations including security equipment, manpower, documentations and conducting briefing for security team member to ensure security measures are in place to deter any act of unlawful interference.
Key Accountabilities
- Support implementation of Security Department initiatives, security measures and controls.
- Assist in the implementation of the Security Department Contingency Plan.
- Provide operational feedback and recommendations to improve security measures, controls and operational effectiveness.
- Liaise with relevant departments on security-related matters to support effective security implementation.
- Perform other security improvement initiatives as required by the Security Department.
- Ensure effective implementation of security measures, controls and operational requirements in line with MASP and SLA.
- Plan daily rostering, deployment and supervision of Security personnel, including attendance, discipline and performance.
- Conduct roll calls, communicate security instructions and manage operational communications and requests.
- Monitor, assess and escalate security incidents promptly, including maintaining incident records and SITREP.
- Ensure security equipment, systems, vehicles and perimeter protection activities are operational and properly maintained.
- Manage Duty Officer handovers and prepare required operational, cost control and security reports.
- Coordinate security handling with ACO, receiving stations and relevant departments, while safeguarding confidential information.
- Supervise Security personnel and monitor their attendance, movement, discipline and performance.
- Conduct roll calls and ensure staff receive, understand and acknowledge security instructions and updates.
- Ensure effective handover and communication between Duty Officers and Security personnel.
- Promote effective teamwork and coordination with Security personnel and relevant departments.

- Supervise Security personnel and monitor their attendance, movement, discipline and performance.
- Conduct roll calls and ensure staff receive, understand and acknowledge security instructions and updates.
- Ensure effective handover and communication between Duty Officers and Security personnel.
- Promote effective teamwork and coordination with Security personnel and relevant departments.
Areas of Experience
Minimum two (2) years of experience in Airlines Security or Airlines.
Skill & Knowledge
- Aviation security operations, MASP and Security Department requirements.
- Security manpower, surveillance and incident management.
- Security equipment, access control and perimeter protection.
- Security reporting, emergency and contingency procedures.
