The Jr Specialist, Galley Planning & Standards will support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of aircraft galley configurations, catering equipment, and inflight provisioning standards to ensure operational readiness, efficient utilization of resources, and consistent delivery of inflight service requirements.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in catering operations, inflight services, logistics, inventory management, provisioning, or a related field is an advantage.
- Knowledge of inventory management, operational planning, and service delivery processes.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Major Responsibility Areas
- Assist in the development and maintenance of galley layouts, loading standards, equipment plans, and provisioning requirements for assigned aircraft and routes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and service providers to ensure the timely availability and proper allocation of catering equipment and inflight service materials.
- Support inventory monitoring, equipment utilization reviews, and provisioning activities to maintain operational efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of galley and inflight service standards, supporting new route launches, service enhancements, and operational changes.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reference materials, reports, and operational requirements related to galley planning and inflight provisioning.
