Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, our
Junior Performance Marketing Specialist will join a team which plans, manage, and optimises marketing budgets with a focus on Paid Social Media and Display Advertising activity. You’ll be a key member of the marketing and wider business team, working closely with key partners and enjoying the numerous benefits of these close relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll manage and optimise paid social and display campaigns daily, keeping track of budget pacing and making recommendations on account performance.
- You’ll plan, develop, build and optimise large-scale paid social and display activity, whilst working closely with other teams including PPC, Brand, SEO, Outreach, Data Science, Analytics, Aggregators, and Affiliates to maximise returns from data-driven activity.
- You’ll help the performance marketing team by staying up to date with the latest trends and tools to improve campaign activity, maintain best in class accounts and stay relevant with the latest platform developments and supplier recommendations.
- You’ll identify opportunities that can support new growth areas for the business through paid social and display. A data-driven, analytical approach is essential to ensure we maximise our return on investment.
- You’ll have the opportunity to bring and implement new ideas to our activity, so a progressive mindset is essential.
- You’ll be able to take advantage of the latest betas and product releases that Jet2.com and Jet2holidays gets access to thanks to its large-scale activity, with a high level of support, interaction and training from our key partners including Meta and Criteo.
What You’ll Have
- A strong interest in Digital Marketing, with a keen eye for detail, process, analysis and reporting.
- Be comfortable working with data sets to present ideas and demonstrate opportunities.
- You’ll have a creative approach to problem solving.
- You’ll have a strong focus on teamwork with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with Excel or other spreadsheet programs would be beneficial but not essential.
- Any experience with either Paid Social, Display or another area of digital marketing would be useful but is not essential.
