Role Purpose
Support airport terminal operations and ensure smooth passenger handling, on-time flight operations, and compliance with safety and security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers during check-in, boarding, arrivals, and baggage services.
- Verify travel documents and provide customer support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and airport stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Support on-time departures and arrivals.
- Adhere to airline, airport, safety, and security regulations.
- Handle passenger queries and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain operational records and reports.
