Collaborating with engineering, project, field service, and product teams to drive continuous improvement and support future product development.

This is a full-time, 37-hour per week role based at Rosyth. Hybrid working patterns are available, with an expectation of two days per week in the office. Travel to customer and operational sites will be expected, including occasional short-notice travel.

Essential experience of the Service Support Engineer:

Proven ability to manage technical issues from investigation through to successful resolution.
Experience working directly with customers, operators, or end users and building effective working relationships.
Ability to balance multiple priorities while delivering high levels of technical and customer support.

Qualifications for the Service Support Engineer:

Degree, Higher National Diploma, Higher National Certificate, or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline.
Alternatively, substantial relevant engineering experience in lieu of formal qualifications.
