- Offer aiming at optimizing airline revenues by selling the right products at the right prices,
- Order leading the transformation of the reservation and financial processes behind bookings towards modern retailing standards,
- Traveler Touchpoints & Experience aiming at defining, developing and operating all the technology required to power the online experience of airline travelers.

As an Internal Comm & Engagement Specialist, you will also support and report to the Airline Solutions Engineering group Communication Manager. The primary focus of your activities will be to
contribute towards enhancing employee engagement by helping build effective, creative, and consistent communications. You will need to be creative and able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
Communication planning
- Define communication goals, strategy, messages, channel mix and execution plan to support key AIR-ENG programs such as #OurWayTogether (employee engagement) and #LeadingTech (be recognized as the Leading Technology Partner internally & externally)
- Ensure plans are in alignment with relevant company and business unit strategies, our purpose & values and our key ESG commitments.
- Build a close partnership with colleagues from different business units, technology teams, our People & Culture team and corporate support functions. You will also work closely with other teams in Corporate Marketing, Global Brand and Communications globally on transversal and cross-functional initiatives.
Integrated campaign/program management & delivery
- Ensure timely execution of communication plans, results tracking and analysis using qualitative and quantitative metrics to ensure plans are in alignment with relevant company and business unit strategies and activities.
- Adapt, innovate and improve how we communicate and engage with different audiences in these programs, exploring different comms platforms, formats and channels, ensuring the production of high-quality content that is in line with our comms and content strategies.
- Support and facilitate collaboration between AIR and AIR-ENG communications teams ensuring consistency and appropriate nuancing of messages across different audiences/channels.
- Content management and development:
- Drive the editorial calendar for our internal channels, controlling the stages and deadlines of content development.
- Develop engaging and useful materials and content to the required quality either directly or indirectly, using the right mix of resources and services. This is expected to be done within the requirements and constraints of each project to depth and color to the way we deliver our messages.
- Provide creative direction on content (written, visual and audiovisual projects) across all channels. Create and edit materials such as articles, videos, presentations, social content and assets that project the group story internally.
- Conduct ongoing tests on new formats to gauge content effectiveness; analyze results to provide insights, feedback and recommendations to continuously develop and improve the content strategy.
Internal communications events strategy, production and delivery
- Lead the planning, production and execution of virtual or face-to-face events (PI Planning Event opening ceremonies, AIR-ENG Live). Apart from organization and execution of such events, you will also manage all aspects of video production including recording, editing and finally publishing the finished content on relevant internal platforms.
- Stay up to date of industry best practices on internal communications events from external resources. Provide analytical and valuable insights for key projects and for management.
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve internal streaming event delivery from a planning and, in collaboration with our internal DTS (Digital Transformation Services) division, a technical perspective.
Internal Communications consultancy
- Consultancy to other business units and comms teams to provide guidance as the subject matter expert on internal communications audiences, channels and content.
- Work closely with leadership to consult on communication requirements such as creation, assistance & enhancement of content for presentations, videos, events, scripts, workshops, reports, websites and social media publications.
- Strengthen collaboration, alignment and best practice sharing with our community of internal communicators across different locations and units.
- Spokespeople management and support for key events or other internal communications activities (written, verbal or audiovisual), ensuring consistent messages are prepared and delivered.
About The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated and creative thinkers who have/are:
- Degree - University degree in communications; marketing; audiovisual; literature; psychology, business. Masters is a plus.
- Experience - 3-5 years’ experience in communications and/or marketing roles - preferably with Internal Communications experience. Knowledge/understanding/interest in how communications can be leveraged to influence and motivate audiences and change behaviors and mindsets.
- Industry - Good understanding of Amadeus business and technology or experience in other global technology and/or publicly listed companies.
- Language and writing skills - Fluent in English (writing, proofreading, and speaking). Other languages are a plus.
- Tools - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite is a prerequisite (Outlook, Power-point, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint, Viva Engage, etc.). Experience with different CMSs, e-mailing platforms (e.g. Poppulo), live event tools or digital signage systems. Good knowledge of image, video and audio editing. Audio-visual content development expertise.
- Communication - Communications planning, change management understanding, strong storytelling capabilities and writing skills in English.
- Planning and Organization - Able to manage priorities and time. Work effectively with others. Cope with multiple and changing demands, objectives and tasks.

- Other skills that will be a plus: Notions of prompting and experience with M365 Copilot or other generative AI platforms/tools | Advanced user of Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, and other tools) | Knowledge of streaming and online broadcasting platforms and technology (eg OBS) | Experience with PowerPlatform
