Position Summary
Direct and generate business opportunities for the division with overall responsibility for business development with high earnings, revenue accountability, complex products, and system solutions. Advance efforts to meet customer needs and determine how the division capabilities can be leveraged into additional markets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS) - preferably in Engineering, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field. MBA desired.
- Ability to collaborate with people at all levels of the company.
- Travel 30%-50%
- Excellent communication, both verbally and written, and persuasive skills required in a multi-task environment.
