📢 We are looking for our next CARGO OPERATIONS COORDINATOR to join our Cargo Department in Brussels, Belgium. You will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing airport cargo operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely handling of shipments, optimizing available resources, and working closely with our handling partners to meet LATAM's operational standards, helping millions of people stay connected to the world.

🚀 New challenges await you in this role. Here are some of your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate cargo handling operations at the warehouse and delivery to the aircraft, ensuring proper cargo unit preparation, operational safety, and shipment integrity.
- Work closely with Revenue Management (RM) teams and ground handling providers to ensure the timely planning, preparation, and loading of cargo on each flight.
- Monitor compliance with LATAM's operational procedures and safety standards, identifying and mitigating operational risks.
- Manage operational incidents and unexpected situations, making timely decisions to minimize disruptions and ensure operational continuity.
- Optimize aircraft cargo space and available payload capacity, maximizing cargo utilization on each flight.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and service providers, preparing operational performance reports and documenting relevant incidents.
🎯 What do you need to take off in this role?
- Have at least 2 years of experience in airport cargo operations (mandatory requirement).
- Have knowledge of air cargo operations, warehouse cargo handling, and aircraft loading processes (mandatory requirement). If you know these processes inside and out, you're already one step ahead!
- Have an intermediate level of English (mandatory requirement), allowing you to communicate effectively with operational teams and service providers.
- Knowledge of Spanish at a conversational level will be considered an advantage.
