The Crew Member will join the Airports team at our FLL base, located in Ft. Lauderdale.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of airport processes and procedures;
- Ensure the operational efficiency of the airport;
- Ensure supervision in all tasks that affect the quality of customer service;
- Support customer service, ensuring quality and efficiency;
- Supervise, train and develop customer service representatives;
- Ensure cash closing in all shifts and for all crew members;
- Guarantee the effectiveness of NPS and KPI controls;
- Engage in process governance and bring ideas and improvements to the base;
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Aiport : 1 year (Required)
