- This first rotation is in the Aftermarket & Sustainment Engineering (ASE) organization which develops innovative repair solutions for all P&W Commercial and Military jet engines to economically return the engine to service.
What You Will Do
- Stretch your capabilities and enhance learning with frontline, hands-on assignments
- Relocate to different RTX cities/states while in program to broaden your exposure to the business and further develop your leadership and functional skills and business acumen
- Based on your qualifications, interest, and business need, ASE has positions available in three disciplines: Design, Project/Programs and Structures.
- Repair Design Engineer is part of a multi-discipline Integrated Product Team (IPT) to establish repair design requirements and ensure repairs are safe, durable, and meet the quality requirements of the Original Engineering Manufactured (OEM) parts.
- Repair Project Engineering and Program Management oversees all active repair tasks to ensure they meet Customer Requirements of cost, schedule, and worked to the appropriate priority to support the fleet.
- Repair Structures Engineers are responsible for the structural assessments of repair tasks.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Aerospace or Systems Engineering or related discipline; degree must be obtained between December 2024 - May 30, 2025
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- Cumulative 3.0 GPA

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is - . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
