About The Role & Team
Lead Functional Analyst
The Functional Analyst is a pivotal role focused on shaping Customer Engagement Information Technology solutions (Customer Relationship Management) supporting Sales & Marketing efficiency, enabling data driven process automation & insights, fostering analytics decision through digitalization & continuous end-users enhanced features.
What You Will Do
- Accountable for gathering, managing, and analysing requirements to design new application changes for Salesforce ensuring sufficient effort is made to promote "vanilla" functionality.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Assists in and takes ownership of estimates developed by less experienced staff and/or offshore providers.
- Accountable for ensuring quality solutions are delivered to business users on scope, time, and budget.
- Conducts training, workshops, project status meetings and provides guidance and expertise to wider team.
- Collaborates with wider IT teams to integrate with other applications as needed.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboard to provide insights for the business.
- Sound understanding of how to integrate with external platforms.
- Keeps up to date with latest Salesforce Features, Security & Critical Updates.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce or others CRM applications.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Worked in an agile environment.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce or others CRM ecosystem.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in Salesforce Sales, Marketing & Einstein with industry best practices.
- Experience in Salesforce Data & Analytics.
