There may be some latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing situations.

Roles And Responsibilities
- In this role you will be responsible for both Business Partnership and Employee support, providing the full range of HR support from organizational to individual and administrative.
- You will handle employee documentation on site and in cooperation with our People Operations.
- You will manage our HR systems, like Workday and Time&Attendance
- You will support onboarding and exit processes on site
- You will support many other HR processes, from performance evaluation to disciplinary.
- You will have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework and resolve issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures.
- You will consult more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy/parameters.
- This job requires good interpersonal skills and high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- This role requires several years of experience as HR Generalist.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Hungarian language knowledge is a must
- English at an intermediate level
- Excellent interpersonal skills
