JSG is hiring a Desktop Support Specialist for our client in Fountain Valley, CA.
Job Description:
- 5+ years of experience in Desktop Technical Support or a related field.
- Ability to provide enthusiastic support to end users, with strong skills in analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Solid knowledge of Office 365 administration and support.
- Familiarity with Office 365 and Microsoft applications.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and configuring hardware, including printers, laptops, and other devices.
- Comfortable and confident in client-facing interactions
- Experience in managing or troubleshooting technologies like Kaseya RMM(or similar).
- Support for desktops, laptops, docks, monitors, and other related equipment.
- Windows 10 and 11 Support
- Experience with user management (Entra ID), Exchange management, and Intune device management is a plus.
Pay rate: $28+
