Embraer Asia Pacific is seeking to recruit a Marketing and Promotion Executive for the Asia Pacific region.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will support the Embraer Commercial Aviation’s sales and marketing activities within the Asia-Pacific region.
You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
Event management
- Assist in the planning, execution, and management of regional events in which Embraer participates, including - but not limited to - air shows, demo tours, conferences, and Embraer-hosted events
- Support internal processes related to events such as sponsorships, indirect procurement, vendor due diligence, show reports and RSVP tracking
- Create Purchase Request, Purchase Orders, process invoices and ensure timely payment.
- Track and evaluate results for sponsored events
Marketing collateral management
- Assist and manage the selection of regional suppliers for marketing collateral, including printed material, translation coordination with supplier, signage, models, or any other items to assist with Embraer’s brand and product positioning
- Collaborate with design team to create promotional materials that are aligned with Embraer’s branding and messaging
- Manage, track, and maintain onsite stock of marketing and advertising collateral in Singapore to ensure availability to support active sales campaigns
- Manage inventory and shipping of giveaways and promotional materials to support marketing and sales activities
Compliance Processes
- Support all Compliance processes, including but not limited to Due Diligence, Know Your Customer (KYC), Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and hospitality requests
Others
- Provide general business support to Sales & Marketing teams
Desired Skills and Experience
We are seeking to hire a professional with a diploma or bachelor degree with at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in business administration and event management. Prior aviation / airline industry experience would be an asset.
Requirements
- 1- 2 years of experience in business administration and event management
- Good written and communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Able to work in a multi-cultural environment and often under very short deadlines
- Personable and open-minded
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in other regional languages such as Mandarin will be advantageous
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce will be an added advantage
