Your role:
The Transport Planner performs the day-to-day transport management process (e.g. shipment planning, execution control, FBA support etc.) Uses the LLP route planning tools to organize transport requirements as advised by customer plants. It is the first point of contact for supply chain partners for any transport related enquiries and works in close collaboration with them and implementation and delivery of integrated transportation solutions as part of the LLP Supply Chain solutions.

What you will do ?
- Manage Shipments: Organize and oversee shipping to ensure timely pickups and resolve issues;
- Customer Updates: Provide regular shipment status updates and address concerns;
- Customer Service: Support clients and help relationships with customer;
- Monitor Compliance: Ensure shipments follow guidelines and report issues;
- Create Reports: Prepare customized reports for customer.
Who are we looking for?
- Operational experience managing transports (Road/Ocean/Air/Rail);
- Good English and computer skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems;
- Careful in following procedures.
