Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist international travelers, ensuring a seamless and memorable lounge experience.
- Serve food and beverages, maintain lounge cleanliness, and handle guest inquiries with a smile.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service in a dynamic airport environment.
- Promote and maintain a positive company image (including grooming, behaviours and service)
- Comply with dnata Standard Operating Procedures and Policies
Essential Criteria
- Ability to work a rotating roster, with 24/7 availability
- Must have a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
- Must have a Food Handling certification or be willing to obtain one prior to commencement.
- Previous experience in a hospitality, food and beverage, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shift work.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 22kg and stand for extended periods.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
