Tasks
As the
Product Sales Manager - EPAR, you will perform the following duties:
- Develop business plans and sales strategies for the designated markets
- Develop, issue and negotiate proposals, including calculation risk assessment and coordination with LHT internal product lines
- Provide technical consulting on parts repair business, especially with a focus on cost reduction potentials over the whole product lifecycle
- Negotiate and conclude contracts
- Follow up for collection of payment
- Identify and resolve customer concerns
- Establish, maintain and develop current and potential customer relationships
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and telemarketing events as necessary
- Prepare a variety of Sales status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
- All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales or customer service of engine MRO or similar industry required
- Fluency in English language required
- German, Spanish and/or Portuguese desirable
- In depth understanding of airline industry and regional markets preferred
- Excellent knowledge of the MS-Office products and SAP as expert
- Excellent business sense
- Excellent detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
