The role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Primarily working with project delivery, along with other sectors and technical teams within the organisation.
Day-to-day, you’ll take a proactive and professional approach in communicating with colleagues and both internal and external stakeholders to drive clear understanding of the project and business needs.
- Produce documentation to support proposals, including business cases, models, requirements capture and traceability outputs.
- Support the project delivery team to deliver proposals and manage expectations in sometimes challenging environments.
- Actively contribute to the Business Analysis capability, share experiences across the team and promote competencies to the wider business.
- Work with the solution, development and test teams to support gap analysis and ensure business requirements are met.
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements. Ideally, you’ll reside within suitable travel distance of any UK Babcock Hub.
Essential experience of the Business Analyst:
- Demonstratable experience within a business analyst role
- Familiarity with core business process and analysis techniques
- Experienced in facilitating requirements workshops
- Experienced in use of analysis tools and techniques
- Experience in capturing and documenting business requirements in a variety of formats
