Responsibilities
- Sustainability and CSR Support:
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of sustainability and CSR projects.
- Conduct research and analysis on best practices and emerging trends in sustainability and CSR.
- Assist to organize CSR events and activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to advance sustainability goals.
- Employee Experience:
- Support initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Assist in developing and implementing programs that promote employee well-being and satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from employees and suggest improvements based insights.
- Publicity and Communication:
- Assist to create and distribute communication materials highlighting our CSR and sustainability efforts.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and newsletters for internal and external audiences.
- Financial Budgeting (Secondary assignment):
- Assist the Senior Manager in preparation and monitoring of budgets for the Corp departments.
- Provide support in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and financial guidelines.
Requirements:
• Strong interest in sustainability, CSR, and improving employee experience.
• Basic understanding of financial budgeting and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
