Position Summary

Thales is looking for a Global Director of Program Management for Software Monetization who will lead a global team of project managers, driving customer success and adoption of software monetization solutions.
In this role, you will focus on driving the successful delivery of software monetization solutions for clients, aligning the program management team's strategic vision with the overall business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation, overseeing the planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects, and providing leadership and mentorship to drive high performance and professional development within the project management team

Key Areas of Responsibility
Lead a global team of project managers and Supervise project management office.
Develop and implement a global strategy for professional services delivery in software monetization.
Align professional services offerings with corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with sales and customer success goals.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle, including understanding customer needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
Ensuring that the deliverables of the projects meet the quality standards and expectations set by the clients and the organization.
Focus on clients’ expectations and business constraints and work closely with clients to avoid any escalation.
Focus on driving revenue growth through value-added services, renewals, and identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
Supervise all project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems, while overseeing global professional services resources, ensuring appropriate skill development and utilization.
Recruit, mentor, and develop talent within the project management team.
Establish and track KPIs, focusing on customer satisfaction, execution and financial performances.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
15 years program management experience, or proven engineering development experience, including software monetization.
Ability to interpret complex or un-clear requirements and simplify them to apply.
Ability to connect disparate systems to drive successful integration.
Rigorous coordination efforts with colleagues and peers at business unit level, with a high level of resilience and the ability to handle complex challenges under high pressure.
Strong leadership qualities in mobilizing and coordinating various internal stakeholders (technical managers and large project teams), external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, subcontractors, partners), and cross-functional departments (sales, procurement, finance, quality, HR)
