Accountabilities
For Cross-Plant Asia (XP), for SA A320 and WB A350 Family:
- Coordinate/drum beat material flows with Back Office, Plants and Suppliers to meet production needs
- Deliver accurate & up-to-date visibility on delivery dates to XP Operations,
- Manage Hospital Stock, KANBAN stock
Main activities
- Client related activities
- Participate to daily internal review meetings (SQCDP, Aircraft Status Review meeting…) to share delivery dates with XP Operations and highlight any blocking point/priorities, and receiving the LODD demand and priorities
- Provide timely and accurate information to logistic back office to enable the shipment paper work ready at Toulouse HUB or Hamburg HUB
- Compile & distribute daily/weekly/monthly Supply Chain reports to H/O XP.
- Act as prime Supply Chain Focal Point between Plants (8 Plants | FAL-T) Suppliers & Back Offices (Toulouse for WB and Hamburg for SA),
- Work on both SA/WB supply chain activities based on request
- Organize regular & drumbeat meetings with Plants, Suppliers or Back Office,
- Ensure necessary materials (for OW, NC and Parachevements) are available according to targets provided by XP Operations, record all delivery dates & ensure reception of materials in due time,
- Place Logistics orders to trigger the needs from Back Offices to China,
- Manage return/scrap flow and prepare necessary paperwork for return & scrap
- Ensure that, for any request of material, necessary master data inputs are provided to Back Office,
- Ownership of the supply chain steps in NC flow and tasks in special process such as cannibalization and IR process
- Trouble shooting of the SAP logistic process errors with support of IM and HAM/TLS BO
- Ownership of managing Hospital Stock / KANBAN material stock levels based on experience stock movement and Operation/ME inputs
- Interface with internal team & external Plant/FAL/Suppliers for the correct material information
- Interface with ATFAC Logistics on Transport, Customs and Physical Logistics topics when needed,
- Timely update in ACPNG of supply chain items with necessary information and escalation in Tandem tool
- Launch the VUD process base on operation inputs
- Actively identify opportunities, initiate & support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational targets,
- Work in shifts (day or late shift) to support prompt material ordering process
- Support, train & develop, provide Knowledge Transfer and tutoring to Supply Chain Officers newcomers

Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor degree in supply chain and logistics
- Experience
- 3-5 years in supply chain management, with experience in multi-functional teams, international environment.
- Be fluent in English. French and/or German knowledge would be a plus.
