Position SummaryThe Account Manager Corporate Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding corporate business within the assigned market. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. The executive will negotiate contracts, manage a client portfolio, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of corporate customers. Additionally, the Account Manager Corporate will analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and provide insights to enhance sales performance and achieve set revenue targets.
Key Accountability - Develop and implement sales strategies to grow corporate business in the Bangalore region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel management companies (TMCs), and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage a pipeline of potential corporate clients.
- Negotiate contracts and corporate agreements to meet revenue goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with assigned corporate accounts to ensure they are meeting the agreed-upon spending targets and maximizing their value from the relationship.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including global corporate sales team, marketing and revenue management to offer tailored solutions, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Provide regular reports on corporate sales activities, pipeline, and performance against targets.
Qualification & Working Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field with Minimum 3-5 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
Area of Experience - Strong understanding of the corporate travel market and TMC operations.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
