Position Summary
Responsible for administrative support and assistance to Engineered Materials Group (EMG) vice presidents and directors.Frequent (daily) interactions with VP of Operations, VP of Technology, VP of Supply Chain, VP of HR, and other functional leaders.Regular interactions with other members of the EMG leadership team and EMG team members.Regular interactions with other executive assistants.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to functional VPs and senior leaders.Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Ability to complete a large number of varied tasks expeditiously.
- Interprets policies and procedures; maintains files and records.
- Prepares financial, statistical, narrative and/or other reports as requested and PowerPoint presentations.
- Independently composes reports and correspondence.Signs on behalf of VPs and directors, as delegated, his or her name to correspondence, requisitions, vouchers and other forms of consequence.
- Prepares presentations.Records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
- Schedules and arranges rooms, virtual meetings, catering, etc. for internal and external meetings and events; manages travel logistics and expenses, both domestically and internationally; maintains agenda, calendars, and time for senior leaders.
- Back-up for other executive assistants as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Required:
·High School graduate with 3+ years of administrative experience.
·Excellent written and oral communication skills.
·Excellent computer skills, including experience with virtual meeting technologies; experienced in Microsoft Office.
·Demonstrated excellence in organization, coordination, and confidentiality.
·Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload.
Preferred:
·Associates or advanced degree preferred.
·Demonstrated experience and success with basic data analysis and success with project management.
